• my massage therapist was outstanding. She listened carefully to my concerns, and helped improve the range of motion in my shoulder (residual adhesive capsulitis). Yet never did she hurt me; deep tissue expert helped me a lot. Vivid style means you lay face down entire time, not my favorite but understandable and not too uncomfortable if you adjust your position. spa itself was clean, relaxing, and very restful. highly recommend
