• I gave a 10 for the massage therapist. She was amazing! I would give a lower score to the scheduling. My wife and I were both scheduled to have massages as part of our wedding anniversary gifts to each other. One of your therapists got sick and understandably had to cancel one out our massages. We cancelled both but my wife called back and wanted me to keep my original 90 minute massage. When it was rebooked a few minutes later, it was only for 60 minute. I was fine with that but was expecting a 90 minute massage.
