• The facilities are amazing and my facial was lovely and I love Eminence products! I am from Seattle and have been looking for some upscale services in Bend. The spa definitely meets those needs. After the facial - a recap of my skin condition or recommendations of products or further services would've enhanced the experience. Not to be picky, but I used the bathroom a couple times and the toilet paper roll was empty and I couldn't find a place near the sink to toss my dirty hand towels. I realize that's particular, but I love labeled bins within reach. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be back!
