• Erin, my massage therapist was lovely and understanding of my needs. I had not clearly explained a medical issue on my intake form, and she talked through it with me, ensuring I could receive the service I had requested (and that I had received on multiple other occasions at other spas). Erin was remarkable, working with me to find a solution that would work for both my needs, and the liability concerns of the spa. That kind, compassionate approach to problem solving with a new client is the kind of thing that will lead me to recommend with a 10 every time! Bonus: the sand sauna was the most tranquil sauna experience I have ever had!
