• Because the customer service experience from the moment I entered to make my reservation was overall very good! I’d like to highlight Carol who was exceptional during the booking in 2 days prior; and the receptionist on duty was excellent and attentive. Jade was outstanding and has a wonderful and caring personality! My Spapedicure was relaxing and I enjoyed a lovely cup of peppermint tea. The one wrinkle I’d like to share with you is the one staff member’s use of profanity in the exchanges with her customers; her regulars may be accustomed to it BUT I did not appreciate hearing that type of dialogue. It was so opposite all the other wonderful things that were happening in the Spa that were beautiful. I will be back and I will recommend Ani’s, and I will expect to experience an improvement in this particular area. I apologize for not remembering some names. Thank you.
