• Really loved the person that sugar waxed me (Juana) she was amazing and patient and thorough. Loved how easy it was to schedule and the confirmation emails/calls. The staff was great. The only reason I didn't give a 10 (I gave a 9)is some of my friends are bougie and the building/ room I was in is kind of old. But everything else was amazing and I will return!

• As always, I was very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted very warmly and professional upon entering for my appointment. I had the ionic foot bath which was great. The therapist walked me through the process and was attentive during my service. I enjoyed the warm cup of ginger tea. It was great! Indeed, I will have this service again as well as other services.
