• Angel was my teacher, she took my personal space into consideration before spotting me on exercises, making sure I was comfortable with close contact. Everyone in the class I attended was very kind and welcoming, I immediately felt comfortable and able to be myself. The facility itself was very clean, and we were instructed to clean the mats and blocks after our use with them, which I appreciate a lot given the current situation with starting to open up restrictions.
