• All the instructors are sweet, caring and attentive with the students. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style. Overall the energy going in there is super supportive. Thanks ladies!

• Dani introduced herself to me right away which helped me ease into the class much more and made it more personable to me. She was great at talking us theoughout the stretches, toning, and pole tricks, encouraging us and demonstrating moreso if we needed a visual. The ladies that I interacted with and worked with were great to talk to as well!
