• I called to make the appointment and Christian was helpful and not short with me like most places. When I walked in I appreciated the polite customer service. Christian was friendly and asked to hang my coat. My stylist, Morgan was a little quiet which was fine, and she listened to my exact instructions (which has been a nightmare at other salons). She took her time to make the cut neat and precise, which I very much appreciated as I am a perfectionist myself. She did not seem to be rushing the cut at all. Everyone seemed nice and the cut I got was quality. $30 seemed very reasonable and I will definitely be back. Finding friendly and kind service is basically impossible in Philly, but the experience at Andre Richard was very pleasant.

• This was my first time at Andre Richard Salon, and I could not be happier with my hair! Aytekin is a true master stylist-he looked at the pictures I brought, gave recommendations based on my skin tone and style, and gave me the perfect balayage highlight and cut. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff. Great atmosphere, talented stylists, wonderful experience!

• Being someone who has high anxiety (especially when it comes to my hair) Eric and the rest of the staff made me feel more then welcome, more like home. Eric did an amazing job cutting my hair and I left feeling beautiful. Thanks again everyone, this is now my permanent hair salon.
