• I was extremely nervous about getting a hair cut in Philly because I always go to the same salon in my hometown and I'm very picky about my hair. Ryan was extremely cooperative and let me share what I had in mind for my look, without getting agitated even though I was rambling for a while. He checked in with me to ask about how much he should cut after brief intervals but also did not hesitate to give his own advice. On top of that, he was friendly and made good conversation. My only source frustration was that the salon does not let customers put gratuity on their cards and so I was unable to tip Ryan, which I really wanted to but couldn't because I had no cash
