Music is always great the atmosphere is warm and friendly and I always get a good sweat without it feeling like a chore.
Anatomie was recommended to me by my daughter. Since I had not regularly worked out in a VERY long time, I was hesitant to join a gym. My daughter bought me a trial membership and I was hooked! There are a variety of classes to choose from - something for everyone. But, the thing that makes anatomie so special is the instructors! They are the most welcoming and energetic and encouraging people I have had the pleasure to work with! In addition, the other members I have met are friendly and supportive of each other. It truly is a wonderful fitness community!
