  • My appointments started 15-20 minutes late and the front desk called me 10 minutes before my original appointment time to let me know. I filled out the forms online and in person noting I was allergic to Macademia nuts. The technician didn't read my form. If I had not asked what product was being used on me, right before my scrub when I entered the room I would've had a major allergic reaction. I received the spa package as a gift. When I checked out the credit card information was lost. The front desk tried to make me pay instead of letting me know they will contact my friend who set it up to get the payment information again. I got the massage, facial, and scrub package. There was a fall special for a massage and facial that would've been less money for the same things in my package. The front desk didn't notify me and was going to let me pay more. When I mentioned it after discovering it on my own through the website, the front desk made it seem like it would be so difficult to give me the same pricing on those services they were offering everyone else! Now that I'm typing all of this out, I would school the customer experience as a 4 and the service providers as an 8. Not reading client form for allergic reactions is very unprofessional and dangerous!
