I have been to three of the Rise and Shine yoga classes with Sheila Caldwell. Each session has been both wonderful and unique, which I have greatly appreciated. Keep up the great services you are providing for this community.
I really enjoyed the yoga nidra. Brianna was a great instructor, very clear and made the experience as comfortable and restorative as possible.
