Old man coming back to yoga after 8 years off and I had no trouble with the classes called "gentle".
Even All-Levels was fine on Friday.
Came for Tai Chi Gung one morning but no one showed up to teach.

I love the classes and the instructors. It's a very inviting place for everyone. I feel very comfortable with the class even if I can't do everything. There are always options presented to modify if I need it and I feel no judgement at all fro either instructors or other class members. It's a wonderful experience.
