I actually told the sitter my mom found for me down at Bayside all about Ananda Yoga and how it has completed my summer getaways!
Excellent instructions, warm and inviting environment. I always leave class feeling better then when I started.
Atmosphere
Ananda is a lovely addition to Belfast. I’m so happy to have access to this beautiful spot right here in town. I love what Amanda & Sheila have built.
