• THANK YOU for offering free classes. The first class with Duane was not so great. I was the first one to sign in and everything was fantastic! i heard saw everything, then things started going haywire.. black screen, no sound, and i turned it off. The second class, gong, was perfect. With a little finessing, you have nailed the virtual yoga class.

• I was very pleased with the live virtual class. I enjoyed it much more than a recording. I also liked that the instructor had the ability to see me and give instruction as needed or answer questions. The video quality was good as was the audio - it was like actually being in the studio and the gong still sounded amazing. Thank you Anahata and Yogi Duane!
