• I am in love with your studio and the teachers but online was amazing for a few reasons: 1. I am less likely to push myself to keep up so less likely to end up with a sore swollen knee the next day that lingers for weeks. 2. All self-consciousness falls away and I can fart freely. 3. I don't spend 90 minutes going to/from a class. 4. This makes it so much easier (along with other recorded online classes) to create/solidify a daily home practice. I don't want this option to ever go away, it would be great if you could make a growing library of these classes and offer the power and beauty of what goes on in your studio to the world. I go to Carlsbad CA every spring and can't find anything that comes close to your studio. So many communities are missing kundalini or have nothing that rises to the level of Anahata. For that reason, I paid $100/year for access to an online KY site last year (one "live" class offering a week plus a library of on-demand classes). Would love to see Anahata add a second revenue stream along those lines once in-person classes resume so please consider that. Sat Nam and thank you for being who you are, for placing our welfare as your top priority, and for bringing to us a most incomparable form of yoga.
