It feels like home in there, so peaceful and welcoming. I feel like it is good for beginners and advanced yoga participants. I love infrared hot yoga, it is good on my aching back and skin
Nothing is perfect. I had a really good experience both times and would highly recommend this studio. I guess I could have just said 10

I have loved the classes I have attended. Paula's class a couple Saturdays ago was amazing and Teresa's class last Thursday was wonderful!
The yoga class was great, the teacher is nice. I will be back!
