• The Amplifamily is the best. Shaun and Ali are always so happy and accommodating to all levels of fitness. I have never looked forward to exercising before but now my husband and I schedule mini-dates around our cycling classes. Also, Amplifly was incredibly innovative and responsive to the Covid-shutdown, moving our classes to virtual and then incorporating outside fitness classes. I recommend Amplifly to everyone I meet!
