• Carolyn did such a great job with the class and helped me get set up on the bike - it was my first class! My ass was whooped but yoga was the cherry on top of it all. Perfect balance. I honestly am not a fan of cardio but I actually felt amazing afterwards and would actually go again! That's a big deal for my lazy ass to say! Haha 🤣
