• Staff is always welcoming and helpful, especially when I feel awkward and can't remember how to set up the bike while all the regular riders are warming up and ready to go.

• I've never done spin before and your coaches made me fee extremely comfortable! Music was great and I had a ton of fun! Myself and 10 other ladies from Sneads ferry Crossfit came to support Hanah so most of us had no idea what to expect but we all felt welcomed and we will be back soon!

• Shaun was a great instructor and was very inspiring! He was fun and even when I wanted to quit or slow down, he motivated me to keep going. It was overall very clean and modern looking and everyone was very nice and welcoming!
