• Amped has changed my life for the better. I was so nervous to go to my first class last year in February and then the pandemic hit. My fitness journey luckily did not come to a halt because the dedicated coaches live streamed classes for us. Then when the gym reopened I was still in shape and was excited to continue my journey. Who ever thought that I would look forward going to class. Sahar is a fantastic and motivating coach. She truly cares and encourages us to be the best we can.
