I'm so happy I made the decision to walk into AMP and finally try yoga. Ginny is welcoming, encouraging and non-judgmental. These are qualities I have seen in all of the teachers here. Not only has my body changed but my confidence has improved, too. This is a pretty studio with friendly and fun people... and there's even chocolate!

The instructors know my name after the 1st class. They are very knowledgeable about yoga.
I absolutely love AMP Yoga. Erin, Betsy ,and all the instructors are fab. Ginny is always offering new experiences via workshops and special events. So glad that I returned to yoga by finding this studio. Nameste!
