Brought my sons for a trial class over the weekend and AMP exceeded my expectations. Every minute of class time was used well, and the instructor managed to engage students with a wide range of experiences in the same class. The tone of the class was high energy, but focused and attention was paid to safety and alignment. So much incredible value packed into one hour. Thank you!!!
