Polvo is my brother from another mother. He is kind and knowledgeable and will work with you regardless of fitness level and experience in order to help progress at a safe and comfortable pace without additional risk of injury. ( I say additional since there is just an inherent risk) Both the instructors that work there along side Polvo, Newell and Bryan are amazing and positive people that will help you push your limits to new heights.
