• The first interaction was over the phone. Not only was reception super pleasant, they listened to the reason for my visit and empathized as well. When I arrived everyone was welcoming and friendly. The salon's covid protocols made me comfortable. Scarlett was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly understanding, she listened to my worries, and eased them almost immediately. She kept me in the loop about what she was doing with my hair, she's a great conversation, and genuine. I felt welcomed to be there, and I could tell Scarlett was prepared for my visit. Above all things, not only is everyone incredibly talented, but I was pleasantly surprised about how economical my service was. I'm officially a "forever client".
