• It was my first hair appt. since the pandemic and I felt safe and thought the attention to making customers feel safe was well executed. My stylist ( Kylie) was kind, intelligent and understanding given I had been cutting my own hair for 14 months and she needed to clean up the mess I had made. So a "10" was an easy answer.

• Rachel was very kind to my mother who is elderly and not very fond of change. She kept her engaged in conversation and gave her a nice cut. She also did a great job at cleaning up the misshapen bob cut I had while doing her best to keep the length for me. Her product recommendations were also a nice fit for my hair. And she made recommendations to get me back to the color I prefer. I'm looking forward to returning. Thank you.
