• Great service. The haircut felt like a collab; my stylist talked me through the whole process, and took my ideas adjusting them to my personal features as necessary. I have gotten haircuts from a number of stylists who made me feel uncomfortable either with my requests or with my hair texture but that is definitely not the case with Jess.
