• Thank you for being an oasis of sanity in a sea of chaos. I joined in June with my daughter - refugees from another gym. Had wanted to join for years but was always a bit intimidated- now I kick myself for not coming in sooner. I leave with a smile & sense of calm every time I come in. And it will be even better when I can see EVERYONE’S SMILES again. I have been doing Bootcamp M/W/F w/ Jacqui... love it. Exactly what I was hoping for when I signed up. Now adding Buff&Bendy... which is exactly what I didn’t realize I needed (I was doing yoga at prior gym -this is 200% better because it addresses specific areas that need attention if you lift weights- absolutely love it! Having done yoga 2-3 days a week for a year, I appreciate this class ... I think if more people tried they would be hooked as well. Everyone is friendly, supportive, kind. Just love it!
