I chose a 10 for many reasons. It was nice and easy to schedule a reservation, the customer service was excellent throughout from scheduling the massage to the massage itself. We have gone to other massage locations in various parts of CA & HI, but this location has one of the best atmospheres in the massage room and the masseuse did an amazing job. Thank you!
