• Calming, clean environment. A real sanctuary of a spa. Total relaxation. I received a Signature Facial from Jordan. Five stars for her service and professionalism. My skin is clean and glowing, plumped and hydrated. Only spa I've visited in Chattanooga that has a locker and changing room. I loved everything about it! I do wish the menu had a note ahead of the pricing that mentioned a therapist commission would be added and that it is separate from your gratuity. I received a gift certificate. Was a bit confused after the relaxing treatment and transparency ahead of checkout would have helped me realize I did not have a balance remaining and needed to add a larger tip than I realized.
