• I already referred Carol to others.......I asked her to make my permanent eyeliner to look as natural as possible......and she did....the touchup that was done a few weeks later was like the icing on the cake.....I absolutely love the upper eyeliner work she did....it is wonderful to get up in the morning and not feel like I have to make a mad dash to the mirror to put my eye liner on....it's already there!
