• Loved the front staff and how he made sure I knew where they were located and found an appointment time that worked. I felt like my goals of being refreshed and not frozen were heard. Loved the nurse and how personable everyone was. Also, I appreciated the use of ice as it made the process go by without really noticing I was getting needles stuck in my face!
