It starts with great customer service. Everyone I have ever encountered at AHC (and this includes administrative staff as well as technicians) has been knowledgeable, helpful, kind and considerate. Put a different way, the AHC team makes everything so easy for me, the customer. You would think that great customer service is common in businesses everywhere. It isn't. Your customer service levels are off the chart. 10+. I have had electrolysis and laser by three different people. (Meg, Sarah and Gillian.) In addition to providing great customer service, they are highly skilled professionals. 10+ My experiences at AHC have been so positive that I have not sought electrology or laser hair removal closer to home, or with on site parking, or (last but not least, that is less expensive.

Friendly and professional wait staff. Enforcement of COVID19 precautions. Quality of service received. The facility is not very convenient for me to get to, but I don't trust anyone else to perform the service needed. I love working with the people here.
