Why do I give it a 10? Because Deidra is super fun and she does a great job quickly. My appointment was at 9, I got there 20 minutes early, and was out by 8:58. It hurt like hell, but that's because she is trying her best to get rid of these pesky hairs. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone. But her laser really is a behemoth, and, like I said, it hurts like hell. So prepare for pain, but great results.
