Absolute 5-Star! I had the Deep Tissue Massage 60 Minute (Massage) with Lisa Foulk and I couldn't be happier. To start, Lisa has just a wonderful energy and calming personality, so the minute you get on the table you start to feel relaxed. I have significant issues with lower lumber and recent shoulder surgeries and Lisa was able to work around all of my issues, and she even applied pinpoint effort to muscles that have been strained due to overcompensation for damaged areas. Her deep tissue work with hands/forearms is the perfect touch with just the right amount of pressure to impact the muscle and get the deep knots moving. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone who needs deep tissue work! Lisa is an absolute EXPERT!
