The facility was very nice and clean. I was greeted upon entering and I wasn't left waiting too long. Maureen was very pleasant and extremely informative. She made sure I understood the process. I felt relaxed and comfortable. During the procedure she checked on me multiple times to make sure I was ok since it was my first time & I appreciated that.
