Alicia is great and very supportive. She doesn't treat me like a patient or someone who is fragile. I don't feel patronized or handled. She is a very positive and encouraging coach. Alicia is very accessible and informative. She researches any question I have (because my question are not usually standard). She would be a great trainer for other coaches. I would definitely recommend seeing her to anyone.
