All of the staff I've worked with have been awesome. Only 2 reasons I didn't score a 10 -- 1. I was told the hair on my body wasn't that severe, and that I'd most likely be done with electrolysis in a year, but it's been over a year. 2. Occasionally I can feel the hair being plucked, which my understanding is that you're not supposed to really feel it if the electrolysis needle hit the root if the hair... again, this only happens occasionally during a session. All in all, though, I'd recommend for sure. Hope to be finished with my treatments soon though.
