Making my appointment was easy (super friendly assistant on phone) & was able to meet Alicia fairly quickly. I was warmly greeted when I arrived and Alicia was amazing. She explained the program patiently, laughed with me and was sympathetic when I needed it. I left feeling motivated & strong knowing I'd have a lot of support. Great experience!
