It is currently January 2025 I’ve come for electrolysis service with Sarah since July 2021. Two years prior to that I’ve been to several places across different states that left my face and neck with ingrown hairs and huge bumps. Before that I did laser hair removal and it burned my skin to the point where it left my face with 5 o’clock shadow for several years. Sarah has done an amazing job. I went from 45 minutes every 3 weeks to 10-15 minutes. I am grateful and thankful because I am a Black American with dark skin. It is difficult to find a business as a whole that can treat my skin without burning, or scarring it. My face and neck is smooth. The front desk clerks are pleasant as well.
