I had not had anything waxed in a long time, so I was a little concerned. Vanessa made me completely comfortable immediately! She was extremely concerned with my comfort and continually asked if all was okay. She was an expert at the procedure, and used her professional techniques to make the procedure as painless as possible. As the procedure progressed, she carried on this lovely conversation that made the time fly. It was a very positive experience.
