Maureen is completely professional, highly skilled, and no -nonsense but also warm, personable, and compassionate. I very much appreciate the combination of traits she brings to this tricky and somewhat unpleasant endeavor. The lovely environs in a classic Old Town row house and the kind and conscientious folks manning the reception desk....it all makes for an easy-breezy, lovely experience.
