Serena is fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. She answers all my questions even though I usually ask the same questions each visit 😂. The receptionist is always happy to see everyone that comes in and the atmosphere is calming and friendly. I have recommended alternative health to everyone I know 😊

Both receptionists I encountered were helpful and kind, the aesthetician who gave me my consultation was knowledgeable, and the nurse who administered my injections was quick, put me at ease, and helped me save money...the entire experience was great
