First of all, my first experience with YAG Laser and electrolysis treatments wasn't a good experience, which is why I researched several different businesses that provide the above services. Moreover, after my consultation with Maureen @ Alternative Health Associates. I followed my logical reasoning and all the relevant information provided by Maureen during the consultation and decided I would give this business a try. Five months into the the individual treatment plan , I am confident that I made the right choice, because Maureen was forthcoming with relevant information , gave examples and explanations about what I could expect. Also,during the electrolysis treatment , she would inform me of what she was about to do before she started on each area of my face. For example, I had electrolysis on my full face and neck and the the top lip is very sensitive, so she would alert me before she started treatment on that area. Additionally , she explained each step of the process of the electrolysis and Laser treatments and helped me understand that my treatment process is an individualized approach and that the time frame is dependent on my individual hair cycles time frame. Furthermore, she essentially created and scheduled a n individual treatment plan based upon her assessment, experience and the presentation of the hair cycle I was currently in during my initial consultation. If I were asked to describe Maureen , Sara and Vanessa in a word- the word would be sublime.
