Edom was wonderful. She explained the process and timeline thoroughly, asked questions about my history and my goals, so I felt confident that I was in good hands. This was my first experience with AHA, and electrolysis and even after the first visit, I'm very happy with the results and excited to continue! Also, huge thank you to whomever I texted with to reschedule my initial appointment (several times) due to the snow and a subsequent illness. All of the staff I've experienced so far have been extremely kind and helpful.
