• I always enjoy my massages with Laura. She is excellent and responsive to my concerns. The facility is clean and the people who work there are nice. I gave you a 9 rather than a 10 because I think $120 for a massage is quite expensive, and so I am not able to come as often as I would like. When you add the tip, you're getting closer to $150. I have suggested before, and will suggest again, that you provide discounts under certain circumstances. For example, there might be a reduced rate for longtime clients; I have been coming to Alternative Health for more than 20 years! There could also be a senior citizen discount, which would be appreciated. Additionally, i understand that Laura is only in on certain days of the week and is extremely popular, but having to schedule appointments with her 2 to 3 months in advance can be challenging. I was there yesterday, in mid March, and fortunately, had already booked my next appointment for May. I wanted to come again in later June or July, but the next opening Laura had was in August. I don't really want to see anyone other than Laura, but having to plan so far ahead (and wait so long for an appointment) is disconcerting.
