• I had a reflexology massage yesterday Saturday 24th. It was great, my feet have been sore for quite sometime, after the massage they felt like there old self.

• I have had a lot of not so good massages in my time and almost given up until I went to Alternative Body works. Ron is who I like to use but often he is booked up on the day so I have used others and they are all excellent! They are all very qualified
