• Alternative Body Works was a professional and welcoming business. They are polite, friendly and family orientated. I took my two younger children along to my massage appointment and they made them feel welcome and comfortable as well.

• I have started seeing Therese for a couple of chronic problems and she is very knowledgeable. Therese has guided me with strengthening & stretching exercises, and deep tissue massage. The massages have been amazing and she has managed to target my problem areas and really get into the sore spots. I highly recommend Therese and Alternative Body Works.
