• This was my first time at Alter Ego. I had a great experience with Maggie and she really listened to what I wanted and worked with me to achieve it. I was nervous because I was going from long to very short and it was a big step but the whole experience was great and I felt confident the whole time! Thank You!

• Maggie is amazing! She was able to achieve exactly what I was looking for despite my lack of hair knowledge. She lightened my hair and gave me a great cut for my natural texture!

• I went in not knowing what I wanted. Maggie was very patient with me and took the time to ask questions to help figure out exactly what I wanted. She basically read my mind and once we came to a decision she made sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. She explained the process to me, which was a three step process (shadow root, accent highlights, and cut). My color turned out amazing and just what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Maggie, she is a true artist!

• I had the best experience at Alter Ego. Laura was fantastic, she listened to what I wanted and explained the process very clearly. Laura did an awesome job with the color and cut. She has been the only person who explained the undertones to me that cause my hair to turn red when I had it colored in the past. I asked for please "no red" and she complied. No red and a perfect dark brown. I am so please that I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.
